About the Course

You’ll explore fiction, poetry and life writing, while learning how to craft compelling stories and express your ideas with confidence. Each week includes:

• A live 1-hour creative writing workshop during the term
• Independent tasks to develop your writing during half-term and holidays
• A final writing project
• Professional, one-to-one written feedback on one piece of work (3-month course) or two pieces (6-month course)
• A completed DofE Assessor’s Report at the end of the course

Course Options & Eligibility

Duration: You can choose a 3-month or 6-month course to suit your DofE Skills requirement.

Age: Bronze is for those aged 14+ years *

* If you aren’t 14 yet but are in the school year in which your peer group turn fourteen, you can start a Bronze DofE programme.
